I can't say enough how EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I am with our take out tonight! I would have faired better going to a fast food place! I purchased a meal for a family tonight... bought the #1 for $50 dollars that says it will feed 4-6 or 7 and I checked it and there was literally 5 small slices of brisket and 2 pieces of sausage! So I ordered another order of chopped brisket to make sure there was enough to feed them. I also ordered my daughter a hamburger and my hubby a chopped brisket meal. Service was quick and friendly and the steaks nice and tender and juicy. Good atmosphere and it was early afternoon.
This restaurant denied my father a free meal on Veterans Day because he didn’t have paperwork proving he was a veteran. Nowhere was it advertised that you needed to bring paperwork in to prove your status. Even after management explained the situation, they didn’t even offer to comp his meal. I guess they are too concerned with making money than honoring and respecting veterans.
Anybody that disrespects my fellow brothers and sisters in the military deserves a 1 star!
