I’m sorry but our dining experience tonight was horrible. Our waiter didn’t even acknowledge our existence. I’ve always been a big fan and spoke very highly of the Chop House. Excellent service and even better food. I will say the food tonight was excellent as usual but the service......well.....that just plane sucked. I’m a solid 20% tipper and my ticket was $288 and I left nothing for a tip. After tonight, not sure I’ll ever go back and I still have a $110 on a gift card.

Great food great wine list and a great host
Overpriced. Two in our party ordered their signature prime rib but it was inedible. Waitress said she had had lots of complaints about the prime rib. Sent them back and reordered filets which were very good but the rest of us had almost finished our meal by the time the filets came out. Staff was friendly and accommodating but wish she had warned us about the prime rib.
Very elegant and romantic atmosphere, BUT we ordered a drink and wouldn’t you know there was LIPSTICK on the glass! Our server seem to not really care. His reply was .... “this one is on the house”???🤦🏽♀️
Good food. Just on the expensive side.
The filet was absolutely perfect. Bartender was awesome, drinks 🍸 were delicious.
I love their steaks,mac & cheese, bread and the banana cake is out of this world (so good ) Have always had great service at Southhaven.
we had filets and they were excellent.
