RecommendedToday was our first appointment and my husband is a very stern strong man and he was just angry that he didn’t meet this doctor before . We are so hopeful to a new life of pain free regardless of the long road ahead but we have hope !!! My gut feeling from day one I step in this building is God is here this is finally our solution ! He explained in detail everything and we are doing injections on Friday ! I have a great feeling about this 🙏💖
Dr Velarde is very knowledgeable regarding nerve blocks to control chronic pain. He has helped me tremendously from my neck to my lower back. He explains completly the procedure you need and how it's going to effect your pain. I have severe scoliosis and bad disks and his kept me out of surgery.

I was in the MVPain clinic in Las Cruces, NM. It is very well equipped with a full professional and friendly staff. The entire staff speaks English and Spanish.
I love Dr Velarde. He took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend him and I will continue to see him as needed for my pain!
I would like to thank Dr. Velarde, the Mesilla Valley Pain Clinic staff, and St. Jude Medical for the treatment I received before and during the process of my implant surgery on October 5, 2015. Although, I experienced discomfort pain during the procedure, it was nothing compared to the pain I experienced 24/7 as of December 9, 1996. Now, I am 100% pain free! Two thumbs up for Dr. Velarde and staff. If I had a 3rd thumb he would get that to. I just had a procedure done on 10-13-2015. Please check back in a couple of weeks for a complete write up. Before the procedure pain level was 9-1/2-10. Right now it is about 2. Not bad.
