I wish I could share the same 5 ⭐️ rating but I cannot. I was hassled and harassed by your doctor for having medication in my system due to an er trip. This one visit made me feel like a drug seeker and anyone who knows me knows I’m not. You degraded me and hurt me. Please be gentle and kinder to people suffering.
I have been a patient with Dr. Velarde for about 10 years. Dr. Velarde, Marti (their CNP), as well as their entire staff (Bernice, Lisa, Keisha, Martha, Mari, and anyone else I forgot to mention) have always been so caring, professional, compassionate, and friendly. I have been going to Dr Velarde for more than a year now & he & his staff are so competent & caring. They are very consistent in their care. Today I had an injection & Bernice & Lisa made it a good experience & made me feel relaxed. Dr Velarde is very informative & skilled.
I’ve been a patient of Mesilla Valley Pain Clinic for a little over 2 years . It was the best decision I could have made . The staff made up of Lisa, Bernice, Eunice, Mari , Gisselle, and Martha are always kind , friendly and sincerely care about you’re well being. Marti and Dr. Velarde have been more then amazing ! I have been a patient here for 10 months now. More than half of my life I've lived with back pain that radiates down legs. Dr Velarde listens to his patients and helps them come up with the best way to relieve pain. The staff always has a huge smile and is extremely helpfull in answering questions. They even call to make sure you are doing good after procedures.
i have been seing Dr. Valerde now for 7 years. i just had another procedure this morning and he and his staff are the best. they always treat you like family and truly care about each of their patients. I definitely recommend him to anyone suffering with pain. He works with you individually to find the best treatment for you and the staff are just as caring.
