I haven't been here in about a year because of college but I still miss it. After doing crossfit locally for awhile now I realized something. It was pretty easy compared to Meshugge Crossfit. I find myself having to workout on my own after the class to feel like I'm getting my worth but not at Meshugge. There I always left feeling tired and like it was worth my time.
