The facility is great, but the coaches are fantastic. They help you reach goals you thought were unattainable.
Thanks for the drop in! Coaches were engaging and equipment/facilities were in much better shape than your typical box.
Best fitness experience I have ever been apart of. I have seen more gains and improvements in my fitness level doing Crossfit then anything I have tried. The team of Meshugge Trainers know how to pull the best from you, but are considerate with regard to your capabilities and health...no injuries here! I am doing things I thought no longer possible.
