I had the pleasure of touring Bridge at Mesa Verde last week, and I was truly impressed! The property itself is stunning, with amazing amenities and a prime location. What made my experience even better was the exceptional service from the Manager, Ary. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for top-notch service and a great living space!

While the amenities are decent, I just don’t feel very safe on this property at night. While most of the community is gated, there are trails hidden around the complex with lots of homeless activity. In the early mornings when I throw out trash before work, I have seen people digging around the trash scavenging for things. There are times when my girlfriend and I have been woken up by strange noises outside at night by our first floor balcony and we have put a little pet camera to monitor these events. Summary: overpriced, would not recommend for women living alone, good location I lived here for over a year, my thoughts were overall good until change in management. Previous management had maintenance done pretty fast, but newer not so much but that could be related to the initial swap in management. Safety wise I would say not ideal for a woman living alone. This new administration is appalling. The garden is not well maintained, the grass is dry and full of dog poop. Surveillance is not present, a couple of days ago a man on a bicycle got into the compound and suspiciously went around between the buildings and no one was there to get him out. The new website is horrible, outdated and to top it off they never answer your emails in time. Three weeks ago we sent an email and only this morning they answered it.
