Horrible management. No communication with in the office. Phone never gets answered. I suggest getting everything in writing since Nikki the main Manger comes back and says something completely different. The place is infested with roaches and mice. Cars are always getting broken into and stolen. That place would be a nice place to live if you didn't have to share it with roaches and if management actually did their job.
Great place! Nikki and the crew run a tight ship. Awesome amenities and a super fun atmosphere.
Love the environment, Has really nice outgoing staff. Love the space of the rooms has a lot of storage space and their very clean. close to all the shopping areas and freeway, have great deals on moving in. If you are looking for an apartment these apartments are a must.
It's a very good deal and centrally located. We have the biggest one bedroom, and it holds our stuff with some storage room to spare. It's close to stores, mall, restaurants, and the freeway. office is overall responsive and timely. Minor issues with some nusiance people and minor property stuff (Non permentant damage), but that's everywhere. East side facing windows are cool.
