A Place To Call Home! I have lived at the Mesa Ridge Apartments for a total of 3 years. I lived here from September 2019 - September 2020 and the previous management was horrible at that time. I considered not to move back, but decided to give it a 2nd chance. I moved back in November 2021 and I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. Worst place to live This is the absolute worst place to live. Yes they make the outside look nice, but inside the apartments what a nightmare. Large burner on the stove takes 45 minutes to boil water & if I wanted dinner I would have had to start the night before & if I was lucky it would be ready by 6pm. The so called grounds people would use their blowers & blow all the leaves & dirt into the patio of the first floor tenants & management would send you a threatening letter to clean it up or get evicted. Awesome community! Mesa ridge is great from the grounds to the office and maintenance team! The grounds are always so clean and the laundry rooms are always clean. Office staff is very helpful from Nicole to Randy and ash too! Never have i had such a great experience at an apartment complex before. 1000% recommended!

Quiet Apartment Living I have lived here for over 15-years and although the complex is well established and has seen it's share of problems it is a very quiet place to live. Most importantly the newest management team is doing a great job trying to make Mesa Ridge as comfortable and peaceful as possible. Anywhere you live there are bound to be undesireable people but the new management is doing their best at weeding these people out. There will always be very nice tenants living here.

amazing for being no frills this is amazing location. near lots of useful things, 2 major bus stops, and not noisy despite being off a major street and near I-40. lovely simple apartment complex. perfect for the "dont wanna pay for stuff I dont use" type. great staff and management that are always ready to help. they do excellent job with grounds keeping and keeping it clean. best advice: be smart about what you own. they're good sized for 1 bedroom apartments but it doesn't take much to lose that comfortable feeling. also a... read more
Great Place, Secure & Humble I've been here for 3 years, I've seen ups & downs with residents but at the end of day this place is really where I want to live. Miss Susan is very helpful, she has truly put the effort in to make sure this location as safe & secure as possible. I'm from the south and I think that southern hospitality goes a long way. I can say with absolute honesty that as long as your willing to help to make Mesa Ridge YOUR HOME you will enjoy your time here at MESA RIDGE APARTMENTS ??
Awful management takes forever for work orders very disregarding of any issues brought to them, insect and rodent infested almost no property upkeep hoping to leave as soon as lease is up. Would not recommend to live here, I have had to fix several issues in and around our unit myself because of lack of responsibility of maintenance crew or because work orders were never put in. Property manager Susan is rude and could care less of the issues you bring to her.
RecommendedIf you go to The Mesa Ridge office you will be very lucky if you get to work with Reina Gallegos she is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable at what she does. I have lived here for one year and I get the opportunity to see Reina once a month just to say hello. Mesa Ridge takes care of their tenants very well. Come in and say hi to Reina and she will have you moved in in no time.
These apartments are disgusting. Management is horrible. They give you apartments with broken fridges, broken stoves, broken showers, filthy carpets, and then blame you for it all. The manager is absolutely ridiculous. I left my apartment in better condition than i got it in and they still kept my deposit and are demanding an additional $187. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!
