I rated as not professional because that’s how my case was handle, after I summit all the paperwork this business instead of send it the same week they delay it for 61 days! Hurting my case in a great manner even though I was checking with them every week or two and I was told everything was going fine Also that this practice could NOT even get my application accept by the government agency I’ve been asking for my money back ( I paid him almost half of what we agreed on) for over a year.
