One of the best metro area restaurants that is not located in SE Portland. Probably the main reason to visit downtown Oregon City for dinner and cocktail time. Great food, drinks and atmosphere!
Had an absolutely wonderful breakfast burrito. Only had half and it was more than enough.
Shout out to Roy and his crew at Mesa Fresca! Not only is their food amazing, but their atmosphere is too. Thanks for accommodating our large surprise party! Never once was our waitress not attentive, the food/drinks were out quickly after being ordered, and they helped us sing “happy birthday” while they brought out the cake! Great food but even better experience.
I had the steak fajita tacos and they were delicious!

My husband and I tried Mesa Fresca for the first time based on recommendation by a close friend. I reached out and asked if they have anything special for couples who are celebrating their anniversaries, received prompt reply that they indeed did you something special for couples. My husband and I were excited to try the restaurant. The service was not very good. The waitress was snooty and fake nice.
