The Chef brought our table 3 complimentary servings of a new appetizer he’s trying, braised beef rib over a bed of Asparagus with a sprinkle of cheese over the greens. It was outstanding and though our apps and meals were really really good, he blew the doors off with this app that ate more like a meal. Very much like an Oso Bucco but reduced with bourbon instead of tomato sauces. Fantastic! Thx Chef!
