I'm surprised she has this many 5 star reviews. I was referred to her in my early twenties, and I left that appointment feeling deeply unsettled by her smug demeanor and self-satisfied smile. As a physician today, I look back on that encounter and find the way she treated me deeply troubling. The Ghislaine Maxwell of UNC's fertility clinic.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Mersereau is compassionate, kind and an excellent physician. Dr. M was so attentive to my personal needs and my goals throughout the egg freezing process. She is exceptional at her job; the procedure was seamless, and, because of Dr. M, I had an optimal outcome. I am so grateful to Dr. M and the team at SGF!
Dr. Mersereau is amazing! I unfortunately lost my fallopian tubes to hydrosalpinx and IVF was the only option for my husband and I to conceive. The process was difficult (of course), but I am convinced it was as painless as possible and we were very lucky our first embryo stuck. She was always extremely helpful, compassionate, and followed all of our wishes. Our little one was born just over a week ago and we couldn’t be happier!
