I decided to get Merry Maids for my wife because with 3 kids, 2 dogs, and everything going on in our lives, she was completely overwhelmed. I try to help by cooking, but I’ll be honest—I make a mess of the kitchen. Now we have Merry Maids come biweekly, and the difference is incredible. Way too expensive
These ladies were professional, courteous and superb workers. Additionally, the staff manning the office were equally charming and helpfu.
Margarita and Otelia did a great job with the cleaning. Arrived on time, professional and did a thorough cleaning.
Terrible Experience - Don't Waste Your Time I wish I could give zero stars. What a disaster from start to finish. So I booked them for a house cleaning at $95/hour, which already felt pretty steep, but whatever. At first they're like "yeah no problem, we can get you scheduled within 2 days!" Great, right? Wrong. Then they call back - oh sorry, cleaner's out, how about 2 weeks from now? Then it changes again to 3 days. The scheduling was a joke. They give you a 3-hour window when they might show up.
