Super disappointing experience with this cleaning service. I was charged for three hours for my one-bedroom apartment, but my windows, mirrors, appliances, and floors were still dirty. When I spoke with Jason, the person from customer service (who later I understood was the owner), he only made matters worse instead of addressing my concerns. Wonderful service and pleasant staff!
THIS SERVICE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! And they lie about giving you a discount! I have a 1 bedroom townhome approximately 900sqft. that needed a routine cleaning. I used Merry Maids and they spent 5 hours cleaning it (Isn’t that an excessive amount of time for a routine 1 bedroom apt?) and charged me $800!! I was offered a discount prior to service but didn’t get it. Don’t use this service unless you want to pay $700 or more for 1 cleaning!
