I asked for open cell spray foam insulation and he said he would not put open cell in my metal building. Which is fine, because that's his prerogative. I stated that's what we wanted and said goodbye. He called back immediately and called me a motherf****** and said he was the professional. I wasn't questioning his professional status, just didn't want closed cell. A real professional wouldn't resort to cursing and name calling because I chose not to use him. Spoke to this company on Nov 14th about replacing my garage door panels. I was told that “they would get to me” “how about another day” blah blah! Well it’s December 2nd and I was told today “yeah I can be there friday. if thats not good call someone else” after I’ve been told SEVERAL times someone would be coming. Highly disappointed and extremely unprofessional. I will not recommend or ever use them this company.
I've been dealing with a broken garage door for several months. Finally broke down and called Merriman. Kyle came out within a couple of hours and reattached the cable, put the rollers back on track and adjusted the door to get it to close. He returned the next day and added a top brace on the cheaply made door. Again he made necessary adjustments. It works like a champ. This business is the real deal.
