STOP!!!!! My family is totally getting screwed through this company. They were promised their deposit back on the first when they moved out and now its been over a month and a half and no deposit. They keep giving my mom and dad the run around and it seems like the deposit keeps getting less and less. We gave them a deposit of \$950 and now they say that we are only gonna get back \$500, which is crazy since we left that place SPOTLESS AND CLEAN, they keep throwing bizzare charges at us. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Horrible experience, Realtor did not fill out offer papers correct. We put in about 5 offers trusting our agent would do the paper work correctly and we were wondering why we havent had an offer accepted so we read the offer papers and realized many things that were wrong. So we pulled out, got our deposit back, and a few days later we called a Realtor that a friend of ours used at Watson, we looked at the home, loved it, made an offer, and it was accepted!!!
