The staff of women and Bob that work there are friendly and professional. Always a good experience.
The opticians here are miracle workers!! I somehow dropped my glasses while on a walk, which I didn't realize until I later found them flattened on the road. Brought them in hoping they could be salvaged, but mentally (and financially) preparing for a different outcome. Three technicians worked their magic... you have this happy customer for life!
Came in today for last minute appointment scheduled by Heide (patient representative). Very pleasant to speak with on the phone--- went above and beyond her scope .... Had a very great experience at the office. Also had the pleasure to meet Yvonne, Kelley and Cathy, and Nik and Dr. Harris and his intern Mike all so wonderful !!!! && All of the ladies in the office went above and beyond my expectations.
