Am sad to learn that Merrimack Vision doesn't accept our new insurance and we won't be able to see Dr. Francis any longer. Who knew there was more than one insurance called "VSP". Perhaps some distinction could be made on the website for future customers to avoid what happened to my son and I today. I would have appreciated clarification when I originally requested my appointment.
Worst customer service experience. I left the store in tears today. After 2 months of phone calls and stopping in I still didn't end up with the right lenses. The optometrist was very rude to me when I was asking for help. After waiting awhile he was finally able to help me. I told him I was upset because I felt like he was being rude to me. Then he yelled at me in front of other customers saying,"I will not stand for that. I am not rude and have never been rude." - which to me is rude. So I'm taking my business elsewhere. I... read more
Doctors are really nice and take the time with you. They have a great selection of eyewear. Office staff needs some coaching on customer service. They act like you're bothering them and never smile.
Had my first eye appointment tonight, what a great staff!!! The doctor clearly took her time and explained everything to me. Very knowledgeable and caring!!!!
