I have been to a few different eye care professionals over the years, and Merrimack Vision Care is, by far, the best. They truly make you feel that they care about you as an individual, rather than a number on their list that day. They are always pleasant and accommodating, and I never feel that they are trying to push services or products on me. This was my first visit, everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very personable. I was seen by Dr Wen and she was great and Jenaveen helped me with my glasses purchase she was awesome. My only complaint is the prices, OMG I don't know how companies get away with down right stealing from people. I know for a fact that a plastic pair of frames don't cost $200/$300. My total cost with the exam was $803.00. it should be ungainst the law!
This was my first visit. The staff was courteous and helpful. They had a good selection of frames to choose from. I will definitely go back!
Well I am pleasantly surprised and grateful! My husband and I took turns watching our 4-year old crazy busy little guy and the staff was incredible! They helped entertain him and were so accommodating. We truly appreciate the customer service and patience of the staff. Thank you!
