0 � 0 STARS WORST HOSPITAL ON THE EAST COAST!!! Once I registered, they put me in the waiting room like a Discarded Piece of Garbage.... They made me sit in the waiting room for hours (without ever seeing a Doctor) because they thought I had a simple Fever....I was feeling Faint & Nauseas & Vomited several times in their bathroom toilet. So, I couldn’t stand waiting any longer & feeling entirely disregarded like Trash, so I left & went back home to rest. While going to the emergency room is never fun, pleasant, or how I want to spend my night, the staff at Holy Family Hospital made me feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. Not only that, but they continuously kept my informed about what the next step was in my child’s care. Some particular staff members who went above and beyond are Michelle, Pierre, and Roody. Absolutely horrible we got here at 5:15 checked in waited almost an hour to be triaged then they put us in a room where we were left until the rn came in at 8:30 to drop off the med the dr will need and left until finally the dr came in at 8:50 id give 0 stars if possible!
