RecommendedReally great place to get medical help
After 10 years ago in and out of Boston with a very sick daughter. We get the most wonderful care here in Haverhill. The staff was kind and respectful they kept checking in on my daughter which has not happened in 10 years. My daughter is very ill with Crohn’s disease. And all its side effects I am actually on my way back there because she’s having issues. No recomiendo que vengan aquí, si quieren seguir vivos. Se siente y se puede notar de algunas del personal de enfermería el desprecio y el racismo contra las personas de color y humildes, no tienen humanidad. Por cierto, se preocupan por su apariencia como si estuvieran en busca de pareja. Siendo paciente me sacan de la camilla para una silla, y claro yo era la única de color, todos los demás pacientes en su camilla. Mi última visita fue pésima, de mi plan médico no verán más ni un dólar. Deberían de cerrarlo.
I’ve had negative experiences here plenty of times, so when my 18 month was hurt and this was the closest place I was nervous we’d be pushed aside. I had to bring my 2 older children with me as well. An ER nurse there went above and beyond what I could have asked for. She stayed with us the entire time, ensuring my older kids always had eyes on them. The WORST hospital. No idea how they are still in business. They need to close already before they keep killing people who had the chance to survive if the hospital did their jobs and knew what they were doing 🤷♀️ DEFF DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
