I am so very disappointment with the care, and customer service that I received from Dr. St Germains office. The receptionist has been nothing but rude, when asked if a procedure could be moved up due to an emergency, she stated "This is not an emergency room, we have other patients, and are running a business". I have high anxiety and need to have sedation with any procedures, she stated "Well you don't NEED sedation, we could do it if you didn't need it". She was so beyond rude, and I was so upset. The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. I was hoping for some advice about how I could prevent tooth decay at home, but they didn't give me any. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. They canceled two of my appointments in the past week and I need a lot of work done. The soonest they could reschedule me for was a month lat... read more
