She takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on and is very knowledgeable. I will be a return client, definitely. We have been going to Merrilliville Animal Hospital for about 20 years. I love the Care given by The Entire Staff... The Loving Care and Concern Given from the moment you walk through the door Makes You Feel More Like Family than just a client! Not only do they care for your pets everyday needs Exam, Shots, Meds, Etc. they also have a Wonderful Groomer, Donna on site to care for all your pets Primping needs. The staff is kind, caring and patient both with the animals and their humans. Dr. Gustafson is absolutely AMAZING. She takes her time, explains things well — and repeatedly if necessary. It’s obvious everyone there is employed because they love animals. I wouldn’t take my fur babies anyplace else ❤️🥰
Today I brought my dog, Bama here for the first time. Aside from being overweight, I simply needed to get updated on some shots. They promptly reviewed my records from where I had previously taken my dog and got right to work on what she needed. That sounds cut dry, but there is much more to it! I want to thank Dr. Alicia Dustofson for everything thing her and the staff did for our Leo. He was in his way out of here and she Day by day attended to him. From having parvovirus, to blood clots, hernia, also surgery. He still a work in progress but the worse has passed. I thank you all so much😘
