Was in the hospital with two surgeries. Twenty four days I come home to a NASTY patio home. Now what kind of a place does this to their people? This place is just filthy. And the manager calls us her family. Well I feel sorry for her real family if this is true.
RecommendedMy mom lived at Pine Rock for more than 20 years and the staff at Pine Rock was her extended family. She just passed away this past week and was surrounded by love and compassion in her final moments as there wasn’t time for family to get there in time. We are so grateful to all of the staff for their love 💕. Thank you with all our hearts
My mother lives in a Merrill Gardens facility. I just got a call yesterday that the fee was going up. Yet the services do not improve and my mother complains constantly of the quality of the food. I certainly would NEVER eat there. There are myriad other issues in terms of interpersonal relationships among the residents. Though my mother is not blameless in these issues it certainly seems to me that staff intervention and additional activities might alleviate some of the tension. I took a tour of the place once and was very impressed.kind of out of my price range though
My Mother moved into Merrill Gardens (champions gate) in the fall. We are all so happy with everything. Basically my Mother lives in an upscale resort. The staff is more like family to us not just staff. I highly recommend Merrill Gardens. Its a dream and blessing.
