I just started at Merrill Gardens a month ago, I can honestly say it is the best company I have ever worked for. The residents are wonderful and so nice, the staff make everyone welcome. Best professional decision I've made. Executive Chef, the Groves in Goodyear, AZ
My dad stays at Merrill Gardens of Madison. AL and he LOVES it there ! I would like to see more pictures from his location please
My 86 year old widowed father moved into Rockridge, Oakland two years ago. What I like is he has made many caring friends and participates in games and exercising. What worries me is he fell this week and couldn't get up. Using their alert system, it took 30 minutes for staff to show up. Also, having 3 meals with him, his orders were not even placed, and on one occasion he was not even waited on for an hour. I had to insist we be waited on and the orders placed.
you will love this place. the general manager Maria Ordaz is the sweetest person you can imagine
My mother recently moved to The Oaks, Gilbert, AZ due to her increased needs for care. I have the highest level of praise for this wonderful facility. The care, concern and helpfulness shown my mother and all of us, her family, including the out of towners, (me) has really been extraordinary. Mom had deteriorated at her previous facility and we had to make a fast move which was stressful for everyone but the outcome has been better than we could have ever anticipated. I love seeing all of the pictures of the activities these young at heart senior citizens get to experience! Now I have to brag!! These activities are all the doing and planning of my very talented and amazing cousin, Laura Newkirk Cardoza! She loves planning these activities for her other family! She loves the clients that live here! I love and admire her very msuch! ��
