I work at the Tacoma location. I love Merrill Gardens. I worked for a couple different companies & I’ve seen them neglect their residents & treat their employees horribly. Merrill Gardens, I loved this company since day one. They go above & beyond for their residents. They have a bunch of different activities & do what they can to make their residents happy & feel loved. They also truly value their employees & treat them with respect & kindness. They do what they can to make their employees feel valued.

I am a resident in the Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch, Henderson, NV location since July 5, 2016. I have made a ton of friends here. Also, there is an excellent staff on duty at all times from the General Manager and her staff to the Activities Director and his staff to the Home Health Care Director and his staff to the Dining Room staff and the Maintenance and Housekeeping Staff. This is just to let you know that I agree with the review on yelp about the Gilroy facility not being readily available on Saturday's for tours. Nobody can give a straight answer as to when the lady that handles the tours will be there. I left a message in the morning for her back in June and the return call did not come tell later in the day which was of know help to me, unfortunately I chose elsewhere. Sincerely , Pamela Dunham
