The staff was very helpful and friendly when moving in.
I feel as if my roommates and I have been a target since merrick has taken over. We constantly get notices on our door saying our dog urinates in the wrong area. She urinates on the grass near one of the pet pick up stations. We got a notice yesterday saying we would not be permitted to renew our lease.
