By far the worst place I've lived in. I've always paid my rent on time but on several occasions, I've been charged a late fee. I always ask for a receipt when I pay my rent and they keep telling me that they don't give out receipts. I have to go to the front office and have them physically check when my cashiers check was received. They use a service for the parking area and I asked before I parked my vehicle in any spot, where is it ok for me to park my vehicle. I don't have an assigned parking spot, my wife has our spot. complex has gone downhill in the past year! big time!
Thank you for the email. This does not give me any comfort. We have been stressing out since the start of the whole Covid-19 pandemic, the cut of our hours, having to take time off work for the common cold just not to send others into panic at the work place, and we have no communication from the apartment complex before rent is due has just added more stress. We will try really hard to pay our rent, even though sometimes we may not be on time, the letter doesn’t assure us we won’t be evicted after this month. What is the co... read more
thin walls! poor construction. poor parking
RecommendedAlmost hitting our 1 year living at Merrick it has been a nice experience. Even with the construction we never felt inconvenienced and we love the communication from the Merrick team about renovations that are to be happening and when to expect them. This among others is why we chose to renew our lease here and continue to look forward to what the future has in store for us for the duration of our stay.
Lets make the 2nd laundry area a recreational area!!
Recently moved in and enjoying the many events going on. Staff are friendly and helpful and looking forward to all the upgrades to the complex.
I love living at Merrick. The units are upgraded, lots of good amnenities, community events and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
