Firstly these are fantastic boots, top class. Unfortunately Merrell are being let down by their distributor Accent Group Retail. Their refund policy violates Australian consumer law. I was told I could not refund an item on account of the packaging not being intact, despite the item being in perfect saleable condition with original tags ons.
