Firstly these are fantastic boots, top class. Unfortunately Merrell are being let down by their distributor Accent Group Retail. Their refund policy violates Australian consumer law. I was told I could not refund an item on account of the packaging not being intact, despite the item being in perfect saleable condition with original tags ons. Tonight I was passing by the store and I haven’t heard this brand before but I am looking for a hiking shoe. The salesman is so friendly and professional. He explained the brand and introduced shoes to me really detail, it’s helpful! And he had excellent customer service! Sorry, I wasn’t asking his name. The shoe is comfortable and valuable for the price ! Everyone who would liked to buy outdoor shoes is definitely going to Merrell!
