Ugh -- really disappointing. I scheduled an appointment after being assured that every stylist knew how to do a wolf cut and was told to bring reference photos. Then, on the day of my appointment, I was told my stylist “doesn’t know that haircut” and needed to reschedule because she was sick. I’m obviously not upset that she was sick -- that’s out of everyone’s control. But being assured the cut was possible, only for the salon to go back on that the day of, was frustrating and completely avoidable.

I have been going to Mermaid Hair for the past few years. It’s a quaint little place located in Beverly. They are known for their vibrant colors. Chloe is my stylist and she is extremely talented and knowledgeable about techniques, vibrant colors, and making sure that she understands exactly what the client is requesting. I had a great experience getting my hair cut at Mermaid Hair. My stylist was Alycia. She was so friendly, personable, and cut my hair exactly how I envisioned. Wonderful service for a reasonable price!
