We were sat on the top deck and waited 20 minutes for a server. We went to the bar and got our own drinks...asked the hostess if we had a server. Waited another 10 to finally get waited on. They said it was the changing of shifts.
I brought my co worker with me this weekend she had a ball. Everyone there was nice and professional this will be the only hotel I will stay at.
My friends and I always have an awesome time when we go!
Loved it!! Awesome beach & .sunsets. Restaurants and enertainment all right there.
So we've been here numerous times over the years. This time was the worst. A "remodeled" room is what we were expecting but instead we got a dirty, thrown together room that looks like whoever actually did the remodeling was completely drunk. Nothing matched. Nothing was even. Nothing was clean. The bed was HORRIBLE!!!!! It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beach. The room was clean and tidy. Keep up the great work Lani Kai Resort !!!
I just like sky deck bar, never stayed in room there and dont plan on it. But good food and great view. Need hotter waitresses for sure.
This place needs a remodel! I thought me and my husband were going to fall through the deck! The view was beautiful but it looked extremely dirty. I also had to return my plate because I had a long black hair in my salad.
terrible service was told by the waitress I know it looks like we have tables available but we really don't try to tell me what the hell that means stay away that's what it really means save your money....total joke
