Love the beach. The guy that puts up umbrella for you that you pay way to much for is an ass. Rooms are nice but the loud music all night can get on your nerves. The food is amazing but the staff needs some help what customer service is.
Had a great time when the one guy was there because he always has games going. The ballon toss, limbo, hula hoop, corn hole and plays music to dance, he even dances with everyone! If he's not here then it's boring for my grandkids especially! I think the guys name is G Ride....
It was great as always but only having one waitress on New Years Eve was insane. She was great but she could only do so much and I watched many people who would of drank more if they would of been attended to.My opinion, you lost money as a business not catering to everyone. The band was great except they didnt stop playing when the New Year countdown was there....No one really knew when to yell Happy New Year. I did not stay there, but I did sit at the bar on the beach and it was magical. Love this place
Lani Kai has a lot of good employee's. Very helpful and friendly. We live here in Fort Myers and come to the beach every weekend. Lani Kais is a regular stop for us every time. Thank u for the servest. Best drinks on the beach.
Awesome nastolgic resort on the Gulf of Mexico. Great ownership and fun time. Rooms are clean and updated. Did I mention the owners are pretty awesome?!? First time here will definitely try and return.
I come to Lani Kai each & every time i visit Fort Meyers...love it�
