Love the rooms, but the loud noise and door slamming is a bit much when your trying to sleep. Sadly the most noise made was by the staff of house cleaners screaming and laughing at 8-9 am outside my door. Food was great , pool and beach great ..other staff great .
I would like to thank the owner who we met on the elevator for the lunch he bought for us. Love eating on the roof!!! The best view on Ft Myers beach!!!
The rooms were very clean and loved the balcony view. The building looks old and could use updates. The rooftop restaurant smelled really bad when you walked in and I do not think I could eat inside smelling that but the view is amazing. Food was ok. The beaches with chair rentals are great. I would be back because I can overlook the some of the run down feature of the building as long as my room is clean.
Roaches in rooms there. Covers on bed not washed reused disgusting let home keeping know she stated they are bad there. People loud fighting until 5 AM slamming doors. Lady at front desk asked me to send pics of roaches to e-mail so I did NEVER RESPONDED! Hopefully they sprayed rooms & start washing sheets & top covers won't be back
We love hanging out at Lani Kai,We like eating breakfast on the rooftop but the last couple times we have been there my eggs have been over cooked,food kinda of cold.
We had cocktails and appetites on 2nd floor. 1/2 price! Oysters were so good! Cassie was a great bartender and server. Will be going back soon!!
Super friendly staff and the room was clean and nice. Everything was just the average "nice" but what blew it out of the water is when I was sitting on my balcony at 12:30am I called the front desk to advise them about a broken umbrella someone left on the beach and it took exactly 1 minute for someone to be out handling it. The man who came out also took the time to pick up other debris he found along the way and walk further down the beach to collect more trash.
