Merlin's was opened on May 12th, 1994 by Kathy Kokesh, and her son and daughter-in-law, Clayton and Sue Weitnauer. Our motto is "To serve great home-cooked meals at reasonable prices, by a friendly and welcoming staff." Even though many restaurants have had to close because of the bad economy, we have been able to stay open thanks to our many loyal customers. I absolutely love coming to breakfast here! We live right next to a Perkins and we choose to drive 20 miles to have merlins! Staff is amazing and friendly. Food is fabulous. Sunday brunch is yummy. If you have not tried merlins you need to :)
Delicious home cooked meals served with welcoming friendly staff. Merlin's is truly a gem in the middle of nowhere.
Last time I was there we had a waitress that didn't know what she was doing or didn't care
The waitress we've had both times has been absolutely amazing, on top of the incredible food!
