This place is a part of my childhood & adulthood and has always had great food & good people.!!
Best Burgers and steaks in town. Staff is friendly, fun, and welcoming. Make sure to say "Hi" to Benjamin, he's always around to welcome you with a smile on his face.
My friends and I were just there Saturday and had great food and service as always. We hadn't been in for a couple of months and our waitress remembered what we all drink.
Best restaurant in the Lincoln area! I have worked in area bars and restaurants all over the city of Lincoln and surrounding cities and towns as far South as Beatrice and as far north as Fremont...as far east as Omaha and as far west as Milford. Merle's by far serves the best food, has the best service, and does it all for a reasonable price. I've been going to Merles for almost 30 years now and always have great food and great service! They have the small town atmosphere that is hard to find now days. Karaoke is always fun on Friday nights!
Merle's consistently serves the best burgers (or out) of Lincoln. A burger is the food of choice for my two boys and they have eaten burgers many, many places, but report that, hands down, Merle's is the best!
I have been eating here since I was little and I have always enjoyed my food and the service, especially the curly fries!
I grew up at this bar. The owners and staff are like family to me. I have loved every minute of being there. Their food is amazing is especially their famous curly fries � They have pool and karaoke nights. Such a fun, family friendly atmosphere!!!
We have been eating at Merle's for 30+ years and have never been disappointed. It is worth the trip.
