Ask for Albert by name. He is very knowledgeable and understands the importance of customer service. The older gentleman isn’t very helpful and is very impatient. I still highly recommend Merle’s on Ajo for their prices, quality of parts, and customer service (even from the grumpy gentleman).
Extremely poor customer service.
