Bobby is a outstanding Loan Officer. He just made my loan and always was on top of everything making sure that things went through fast and smoothly. WOW Bobby Shamlou really knows how to get the job done on even the most complicated project. I was purchasing a house that was in need of some serious love in all aspects. This is the worst credit union ever. From the in-branch customer service to the charges, Meriwest is terrible. Almost EVERY single experience I've had was poor. My goodness.
Bobby was recommended to me by my realtor. He gave me a great rate and even lowered it, during the process. I asked him to close it ASAP for personal reasons and he delivered on it. All our communications were done over phone and emails which allowed me not to take time off from work. I'll definitely recommend him to others.
Bobby Shamlou is a very personable professional loan agent. I appreciated his positive attitude, high energy and confidence. My loan went pretty smooth even though I had a bad cold. This financial institution owes my family money, as they took out one monthly mortgage payment after we paid off our loan; I have called 5 times - each time the wait gets longer (up to an hour) and then the lies come - your check is on its way, but nothing ever comes. This is called stealing!!!
