On July 2 they took $575.00 out of my checking account and I’m the one that had to chase down the error only to find out just last week one of their employees told me there was a security breach which incidentally don’t believe the notified their customers and he proceeded to tell me they hired a third party fraud company to go through accounts and they were the ones that some how took the money out of my account. First, you need to completely overhaul your system administration over how your accounts are handled and secured. Moreover, I have had nothing but problems with their worthless online banking system and now, I cannot even get resolution to my problems by calling their phone support service. You probably also need to fire all of your frontline supervisors that deal with the public as everyone I have dealt has been either rude, incompetent or both. Apparently the customer is never right at Meriwest! Unbelievable...
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The bank manager Christina at this location was very rude, and either incompetent in her inability to distinguish between credits and debits or a complete liar who doesnt think her customers can add and subtract. My overall opinion is that I would never trust Meriwest with my hard earned money as they do not value their customers. They made so many mistakes and NEVER admitted or accepted any accountability.
As first time home buyers my wife and I were little unsure how the process was going to be, but Bobby made sure that he was there for us every step of the way and always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. Very professional, courteous and patient. Couldn't have had a better experience than this. 42 years of switching from IBM EFCU to this awful establishment. If I could give them no stars I would. Awful customer service. Their systems suck. No more words. They're awful.
