Today is Saturday 10/24/20 and my card has been blocked by this bank which means I can’t use my card all weekend. Which means they are holding my money hostage. I tried to use my card twice and finally realized because this isn’t the only time this has happened that all my charges were being declined. We worked with Bobby for our first mortgage. Bobby is awesome! He explained the process very well and was always available to answer any questions. He is also one of most warm and nicest person I have talked to. He and his staff made sure the processing was easy and fast. We had no issues during the process at all. We also got a great interest rate and Bobby explained the options with pros and cons very well.

This place is a joke. Take your money (if they let you) and run as fast as you can to ANY other financial institution. DO NOT REFINANCE NO MATTER THE RATE. Their policies and procedures are arbitrary and they nickel and dime you to death.
Meriwest has some of the nicest people you will ever meet in banking.

I have been a member since 1987 and Meriwest has always been there for me. Not only do I have accounts with them, but I have purchased a car and home using their services! Highly recommend.
