I have been in the ED with my 14 year old daughter, who has severe stomach pains- nausea, etc. The provider has yet to see her and we have been in here for 4 hours. We sat for 2 hours in the waiting room and have been sitting for the last 2 hours in ED 37. This is ridiculous!

Yes it is. I had surgery and the CVS did not fill my pain medicine perscription. They made me sit in pain over 5 hrs. I have staples in my spine and it was less than 4 hrs from surgery. Everyone isnt a junkie. Im here still waiting while everyone next to me is discharged. Didnt even offer me a blanket.

Terrible staff , besides a few make you wait while you are in pain. Ignore you and then want to cover nurses that don’t Do their job don’t read your carts and act like your in the wrong when your angry about being in pain and angry about being ignored and Jill Webb unit manager needs to actually go around and make sure there doctors and nurses are not lieing to patients and families and having doctors that are in it for the glory and money not to help ppl and do the job that’s need
