They are never, EVER on time. Even for a virtual visit! I’ve been waiting for over 45 minutes! I love the staff, but my time is important too! Once they finally make it in there to see you, you get rushed out the door/off the call!
RecommendedDr Sandra Fowler is the best. She takes time to know her patients. Can’t say enough about how easy I feel seeing her. 5 stars
We sit for 2 hrs waiting for Dr Fowler whom was running 2 hrs behind schedule and no one care. Thats bad business...lack of concern for her patients...and unprofessional. She needs to reevaluate her scheduling practices. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I also think this needs to be addressed. Shame on her to care so little for her patients. They could have advised us they were running so far behind and reschedule a new appointment
Yes the wait is long at times but being a nurse myself I appreciate the personal care that is given to the patients. They make u feel like an individual not just another face. Dr. Fowler is awesome with this! Her bedside manner is far above many�
Almost every visit for me is an hour wait. The patient care is fine, but I'm definitely switching providers due to the consistent wait times.
It's a 2 hour wait every time I come in here but they want.you here 15 minutes early for what? To wait longer?...also every time I call them they are very rude and short on the phone...will be changing doctors!!!!!!!!
I love my doctor there he's the best I would tell any one to go there
I have been in and out of countless doctors offices and hospitals dealing with chronic illnesses, and there is no one with a better bedside manner and desire to help that even compares to doctor Beckwith.
