putting as much in to a dryer's repair as was paid for the dryer itself is frustrating. The customer service seriously misses the mark! Been without a dryer for 2 weeks and after 2 trips over and supposedly waiting for the part to fix it, the end result is its burnt up. AND STILL CHARGED FOR STILL NOT HAVING A WORKING DRYER

I've been a customer of Merit's for many years. I just bought a new washer and dryer from them and was very pleased with the deal I got and the way I was treated. Don't assume the big box stores have the best deals. Merit's beat them all in this instance. Plus Merit's has parts and service if needed, not so at the big box stores.
The entire experience at Merits was perfect!! From the purchase process to the delivery. Ryan was knowledgeable about the appliances and was able to answer all our questions and provided competitive pricing. The gentlemen that delivered and set up our appliances were professional, helpful and were able to provide us with instructions on use! Great experience would recommend Merits if you are looking for good products, great customer service and competitive pricing!!!
Am most disappointed with your after purchase service. We purchased a refrigerator in good faith and after bringing it back to Lakeview found it bulged in the center on both sides. This prevented it from fitting in the existing space. The attitude was unconcern. After we contacted the manufacture, we learned this was a defect in the insulation application in the construction. Wonderful experience buying, no presser from the salesman, we worked exclusively with a gentleman named Angel and he went above and beyond for us. He made sure we were comfortable and confident in our purchase. Would definitely go here for future purchases.
Had an issue with a rebate but they fixed it. Went above and beyond with there service by allowing me to install appliances for a final inspection on a new build before the appliances were paid for. Thanks for everything.
I have to say beyond impressed with Merits. My dryer went out, Merits not only priced matched with another (non local) company, but also gave us a loaner dryer until our gas dryer could be delivered. You won't find better customer service anywhere else!
