Thanks to the lovely staff at Merit's that saved us on Saturday and got us fixed up with a gentle used portable dishwasher. That was done with them calling me back at 4:50 pm and staying there till we had the machine loaded up after 5 pm. Happy family here💞
I purchased a used dryer from this company and less than 6 months after I bought it the dryer went out. Merits only has a 30 day return policy on their used items but Ryan worked with me to get me a working dryer. To help during this pandemic like this means a lot and next time I'm looking for an appliance I will shop at Merits on Klamath Falls.
I needed a new clothes washing machine I went down there they were real nice everybody stood apart from each other place was clean I was out of there with my new washer in the back of my truck in 10 minutes I highly recommend these people and thank you

So disappointed in Merits. They used to be an excellent company. Now they are deceptive and intentionally not giving information so they can make a sale. You had better know all the requirements of the item you are buying before you go in, they will not tell you if the item you want requires special wiring. Also, they will tell you delivery can be made in 7 to 14 days but twice now my items have not arrived till 20 days. I will not be going back to Merits.
My husband went in to Merit's dead set on buying a new microwave. The one we bought used from Ryan over 17 years ago went out. Ryan could have sold him a brand new microwave, however, Ryan said, "I'd love to sell you a new microwave but I think you can fix it with a six dollar part". He then did one better. He showed my husband how to replace that part using a microwave in his repair shop. Merit's chose honesty and integrity over a sale. That is why we continue to shop at Merit's and recommend them to our friends.
