We purchased a new home from Meritage Homes and experienced multiple documented water intrusions after move-in. During our investigation, we retained multiple independent third-party inspectors to evaluate different systems in the home. Environmental testing identified toxic mold concerns, including findings associated with the HVAC system. We had to file a LAWSUIT against Meritage because they refused to fix our brand new broken HVAC system. It’s unfortunate the builder is so greedy they don’t care how much they scam and rip off their customers. This builder should not be allowed to build!
The worst company I’ve ever come across. We live in a Meritage home and they’ve been an absolute nightmare to everyone in our neighborhood. Communication is nonexistent. They should be shut down.
I was so excited to get an email about future development in Franklin, TN area. Unfortunately, the communication is absolutely a nightmare. She never replied to my email although initially, she has asked multiple questions about my future home buying plans.
