These apartments are truly luxury apartments. There are so many options to truly customize your experience with apartment rental. This place is amazing. And the views are outstanding. I’m so glad to hear that Bell has taken over these apartments. Maybe they will get it right.
Trashiest, and dirtiest place. The office doesn’t answer the phones. EVER. The parking is HORRIBLE. There’s no parking. You would think for being in Steiner this place would be a tad bit nicer but no. It’s awful. The streets replicate what downtown 6th looks like. Trash everywhere and dirty.

Edit to original. I am not sure if this complex is under new management or what happened but my recent experience with them was phenomenal. One of my close friends knew I was looking for a new apartment and mentioned I give Meritage another shot. I called and spoke with the community assistant manger Zaidy and she was so kind. I am not looking to move right now, but she was very helpful in showing me the available units within my budget. Hello Dalia, Jessica, Maria, Hector, Francisco and Jesus: Thank you for the great service you have provided us since day 1. I had an issue with our air conditioning not working and they came right away to fix it. Hector and his team were very helpful and got the issue solved.
