Its old built in 2002 stairs creek very musty worst of all incompetence of the staff unheard of in 12 years living in Austin, beware of the arrogant children they employ like Jerod. One call with him telling you its to expected to have issues with pests rodents and beyond ignorant information- what a waste of a beautiful property. My family withdrew their application due to their terrible handling of move in and fraud
Top tier! Fortunate to have called this place home for a year. Relocated closer to the city but my overall experience living at Mertiage was positive. Special thanks to Jess for going above and beyond and stepping in to help us! All other staff were friendly and deserve recognition. Units are very spacious with scenic views of the lake and surrounding hills.
