Moved in December but every time I talk with the PM Melanie she is always yelling almost screaming at me over the phone to the point where I don’t even want to call anymore because that rudeness is too much !

Merit has the best management team you could ask for. They really love their jobs and it shows. Very kind ladies here, amazing communication and responsiveness. I've ONLY ever heard horror stories about renting from managed properties, our experiences have been like renting from a close friend. Couldn't ask for better people.
