Evelyn, my wife had to be taken to the emergency room. All the staff at the hospital from the emergency room to the telemetry floor, were the best. We could not have been taken care of any better. Thanks to Dr Lemay, and all the nurses.

My husband had classic kidney stone symptoms and we drove from Lake Mary to Merit Health Natchez ER and was so glad we did. The service he received was excellent from check in to Debbie our ER nurse to Dr Verucchi on call and Hannah with his CT scan. Thanks to all of the Merit team he is home resting waiting to pass the stone. 5 star service.

Just wanted to leave a few kind words for the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, nursery and postpartum nurses. I have never received better care in my life. Pre-registering was a breeze. I would like to thank the ER ladies/triage for getting me back so quickly. There is a special place in heaven for those L&D nurses, specifically Mattie Bunch & Lacy Roy! We had my 3 year old daughter in the ER and the staff was very courteous and very prompt with our service. She was admitted and the floor staff was very compassionate and caring. We were there for 3 nights and had no problems at all.

If there’s such a thing as a pleasant experience in the ER, we had one last night. We were thoroughly pleased with our visit from triage to discharge. Thankful for all the people who choose to work the night shift & to Dr. Smith & staff for a positive experience.
