RecommendedI do not have enough kind words to share about Dr. Reiter. I would say that I am rather particular about choosing someone to care for me and Dr. Reiter makes your healthcare visit a personal experience and not just another hurried doctor’s appointment. He is kind, compassionate, and patient and takes the time to address my concerns, no matter how big or small they may seem. July 14th this year my son was involved in a dirt bike accident where he was medivac’d to Matsu Regional. He was there for 6 hrs in the emergency room where they cleaned his wound, put a wound vac on and a splint and shipped him to Seattle. The bill for that small amount of care was over $43,000. My son spent a week in Harborview where he received all his surgeries and put the bone back together with rods and plates, the bill for Harborview was $80,000. RecommendedMy husband had tests done today and he wanted to let you know how nicely he was treated. The staff assisted him in getting from place to place and a maintenance man even helped him in the elevator. It was his first experience there and he would definitely recommend your facility. RecommendedMy wife had surgery today, and I was to receive a phone call from the doctor. What I did not know is that my phone was set to silence all Unknown Callers. The doctor had another surgery to perform and thus couldn't call me again. I called the hospital and talked to a wonderful operator named Lois, who contacted staff and gathered information to let me know that my wife had made it through fine and what her next steps were. Lois saved me from a lot of anxiety. All the nurses and doctors that were there were fantastic, too.

RecommendedThe Doctors, Nurses and Staff are wonderful. They kept me in stitches 😂 that’s what I was there for, ended up getting 8 stitches in the palm of my left hand and 8 in my right knee. Don’t bother with the Emergency care clinics the team @ South Baldwin will take care of you! ❣️

RecommendedDr. Wendy Vix and her staff at South Baldwin Medical Center in Lillian Alabama are AMAZING!!! In the medical care they perform and offer here. I absolutely cannot say enoughe to describe how satisfied, pleased and blessed I am to have such a great, caring doctor taking care of my medical needs. Every time I've ever needed Dr. Vix's care, assistance, advice, ect.... Dr. Vix and her staff has always gone the extra mile to assure all my medical needs have been attended to and met... THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!
